The venue is also available for private hire, offering space for corporate meetings, parties with bar hire, and exclusive skatepark use. Junction 4 combines community engagement with a flexible, multi-use space for both riders and events.
Junction 4 Skatepark is looking to upgrade its meeting room to enhance its appeal for corporate hire. Currently used for training sessions, meetings, and events, the space requires improved visual and media capabilities to meet modern business needs.
This includes upgrading to newer technology, with the addition of microphones and full-room webcam access to support presentations, hybrid meetings, and virtual collaboration. The goal is to position the venue as a high-quality, well-equipped space ideal for workshops, corporate events, and product launches in a unique and accessible location.
The primary objective was to upgrade the meeting room’s screens and overall capabilities to create a more modern, visually appealing space. Enhancements focused on improving presentation quality and functionality, ensuring the room meets the expectations of corporate clients and supports a wide range of professional uses.
After careful consideration of various suppliers, Junction 4 Skatepark partnered with LCD Showcase, a leading technology solutions provider, to deliver a comprehensive upgrade to their meeting room.
The solution included the installation of 4K interactive screens, offering sharp image quality, up-to-date software, touchscreen functionality, and seamless screen casting.
To enhance usability and flexibility, a user-friendly control interface was introduced, alongside a projector and screen setup to support immersive film nights and larger presentations. A WyreStorm microphone hub was installed to ensure clear audio coverage throughout the room, while WyreStorm casting dongles enable effortless content sharing from multiple laptops.
Together, these upgrades provide a modern, versatile, and fully connected space suited to corporate meetings, presentations, and events.
The installation was completed efficiently within just two days, minimising disruption to operations. Following installation, thorough testing was carried out to ensure all systems performed flawlessly and were fully ready for immediate use.
The upgraded screens and projector have transformed the meeting room into a seamless, professional space for hire, suitable for both Junction 4 Skatepark clients and council use. The venue is now well-positioned to host council meetings and conferences in a dedicated, high-quality environment.
Enhanced by the projector and surround sound system, the space also supports immersive film nights, while integrated audio allows for background music or live sports throughout the day via platforms like Spotify.
Overall, the result is a versatile, modern space that serves both corporate needs and the wider community.
