CPASE is a brand-new high-end health club in Cheshire. The team at CPASE wanted to create the wow factor for their customers through spaces and facilities that harness the latest technology.
The team at CPASE also wanted a way to control all their digital content from one place, making it easy and quick for them to update with offers and other content.
The client needed an easy way to instantly update all their advertising, whilst creating eye-catching content in-keeping with their branding and project goals. They also wanted to include audio throughout the site, with the capability to change the volume and content remotely.
Our team of audio-visual experts visited the site of the new health club to look at the plans for the spaces. We came up with a plan to manufacture and install a full audio-visual solution throughout the health club. We manufactured and installed an LED video wall in the main gym, a 16-screen video wall in the spin room, and numerous commercial screens in the exercise rooms, restaurant, breakout area, changing rooms and meeting space. We also installed a full audio system throughout the site.
Our in-house digital signage team created bespoke digital signage for the client. This signage shows gym news and information, live weather and news information and a live Sky TV stream. The client can update this content via the use of our own content management system on a tablet.
All the audio and display content is controlled from this tablet. The health club is split into zones on the CMS so that the client has full control of what content is playing in each room at any time. So, if they want to show a promotional video in the main gym and live Sky TV in the café, they can do this through the tablet. The flexibility that the CMS has given the client gives them the full control of all displays and audio, including volumes, in all zones.
To complete this bespoke project, we worked closely with various trades to achieve the look and functionality that the client wanted.
CPASE now has a full bespoke AV solution in their new health club. They can control all the digital content at the click of a button, reducing costs of printing posters. They are also able to change the content quickly, giving them the flexibility to adapt to their needs at the drop of a hat. So, if a class must change rooms urgently, they can still display the content as planned.
The AV really fits in well with the high-end finish of the health club, helping to create the wow-factor for customers in an eye-catching way. The gym can now use the displays to advertise products and classes, show content for classes and provide live news and weather to their customers.
This full solution has given CPASE the flexibility they needed for this new business. They can now adapt to their customers’ needs and wants to create a better customer experience.
