AS System are a multinational company providing engineering and project management solutions to nuclear, healthcare, defence, energy and aviation industries. They have recently opened their new offices in Preston where they wanted to improve engagement with staff in meetings and presentations. They were looking for a piece of technology to help with presentations in their boardroom.
We met with the team at AS System to discuss how interactive touch screens can prove a great tool for boardrooms. Once we got an idea of their requirements, we discussed their other meeting rooms.
We manufactured and installed three 4K interactive touch screens for their three meeting/training rooms, whilst also installing video conferencing equipment for them. They did not want laptops or desktop computers to restrict staff om their rooms so we ensured that the interactive touch screens came with in-built Windows PCs.
AS System now have three meeting rooms filled with complete AV solutions where staff and visitors can set up resources at the click of a button. This has meant that meetings can now start on time and staff can interact more with presentations through screen sharing. Our interactive touch screens also do not need new bulbs or calibration like with projectors so maintenance time and cost is reduced.
